Blue Cheese Devil Topping for Hot Dogs
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 medium green onions, minced (yields about 2 Tablespoons)
1 Tablespoon Sriracha sauce
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Cooked hot dogs and buns.
DIRECTIONS
Mix well and serve with your hot dogs. It could not be easier.
