My Cakes

You’ve found the place where I display my cakes. I wanted to carve out a place for them because, darn it, I’ve spent A LOT of time on them. I am not a professional. I don’t even do it enough to consider it a hobby. I just make them for the ones I love the most. I’ll be adding to them as the occasions arise.

Oh, I probably should explain one more thing. You will start to notice that my girls get more than one cake for each “Friend” birthday party. We somehow developed the tradition that the birthday girl gets her own cake, and I mean hers alone, to dive into with her very own fork. No slicing. No sharing. Just pure indulgence. And a lot of baking.
