INGREDIENTS
2 packages of Oreos (You will use one entire package and about a row of another. Double Stuff are really good.)
Smooth Peanut Butter
Family Size (13x9) Brownie Mix
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two standard 12 cup muffin pans with paper or foil liners.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
For each muffin cup: Take 2 Oreo cookies and spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over each one and stack them on top of each other. This does not have to be precise. Just smear it and stack them.
Place Oreo stacks into the lined muffin cups. Spoon 2 tablespoons of brownie batter over each Oreo stack and let it run down the sides of the cookies. It is okay if the cookies are sticking up out of the batter because it will rise while baking.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick stuck into the side of the brownie comes out clean. Do not over-bake.
Cool. Serve. Wait for the accolades.
